 Necesitas:

- Una cabeza de ajos
- 1 patata
- 1 tomate
- 1 chorizo
- 1 morcilla
- 50/100 grs de garbanzos de bote. Si no tienes no pasa nada.

Ingredients:

- A head of garlic
- 1 potato
- 1 tomato
- 1 spanish chorizo
- 1 spanish morcilla
- 50/100 g of chickpeas
- Rice (half cup per person)
- 1l broth
- Salt
- paella prepared powder

Preparation:

The first is to heat the garlic. Clean a little shell, rinse it and dry it. Then fry in the pan, when roasting, withdraw and reserves.

Peel the potatoes and tomatoes, fry the potatoes first, reserve them and then fry the tomatoes and reserve as well.

In the same oil put chorizo and morcilla in pieces. Fry it a little bit but do not worry as it should be baked when you'll put the rice in the oven.

Add uncooked rice (remember, half cup per person) and move for a couple of minutes, when you get ready place it in a clay pot.

This is THE moment, if you are not going to eat it at the moment, then you have to stop now. You just have to accomplish the last step.

If you're going to eat it at the time, then you should have preheated the oven to 200°C. Add broth, 1 cup broth per half cup rice and add half more at the end. Place the head of garlic in the center and distributes potato and tomato to decorate the dish. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes and leave it 5  more minutes outside the oven before serving.
